Formerly a university librarian, Holland was born and raised in Omaha. She is the daughter of Richard and Mary Holland. Andy was recently elected as President of the Executive Board of the National Association of Family and Consumer Sciences, Nebraska affiliate. Holland holds a master's degree in business administration and has one daughter.
